Alphabetical Order!

Primary 2 have been revising their alphabet.  We will be looking at putting words in alphabetical order soon.  This will help us use our dictionaries.  Maybe we could practise this at home?

This week Primary 2 have been looking at videos of Polar Regions to find out what the landscape looks like.  We have then created our own display in the classroom.  We will be adding more to this display over the next couple of weeks.

Plan do and review

We love plan do and review. We get to work in pairs to plan what we want to do That means we listen to the other persons ideas and opinions and make a decision together. Sometimes it means doing what some else would like to do. We organise what we need and where to do it.We sometimes draw a plan and make lists. When we finish making and doing we stop to talk and reflect on what went well and what problems we had and how we can solve that problem the next time. We often discuss the skills we have be learning.
