Keeping Healthy by sharing our worries!

This afternoon we met with the mental health team and learned how to recognise and talk about our feelings. We listened to a store called 'A Huge Bag of Worries' and we learned from the story that share your worries with someone  you trust can help make them look not so scary. We then wrote and drew a picture of some of our worries and poped them into a worry box.
